With LOOK having two convenient locations in Colorado, it allows us to provide certified home inspection services to the entire Colorado Front Range and Foothills.

Cofounder and CEO Brad Hale is located in Lafayette providing services to Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Fort Collins, Nederland, Estes Park, Lafayette and surrounding areas.

Cofounder and President Jason Carver is located in Westcliffe and provides services to Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Canon City, Salida, Buena Vista, Crestone, Alamosa, Westcliffe and surrounding areas.

Education

We want you to enjoy homeownership as much as we do. We will do our best to educate you on proper home maintenance, items to be familiar with, items you may be able to correct when faulty, and common issues to look out for. Owning a home should be simple and rewarding, not like talking to the IT guy when you have a question about why you can’t log-in. With proper attention to detail and learning about function and maintenance, we can prepare you for years of enjoyment.

Communication

Everyone involved, especially the buyers and sellers, must understand and know the condition of the property. Through our years of experience working with people, we have found that consistent, timely, and reliable communication is required and expected. You will have direct access to your inspector or a company representative, even post inspection. We look forward to hearing from you.

The response time, professionalism and value of the report has proved very worthwhile.  Jason was able to find that a new build didn't have a boot installed on a flue of the roof, something that wasn't caught from standing below on the ground. Jason is local to Westcliffe, which gives better response time on scheduling. 				I had LOOK Property Inspection out to my house recently to generally look over my house so that I could... read moreI had LOOK Property Inspection out to my house recently to generally look over my house so that I could make sure I was keeping up-to-date on any issues or problems and could feel comfortable that my house was in good repair.  LOOK's representative came over and was very thorough in his assessment of problems he saw and things he felt needed to be remedied right away and other problems he felt were not needing immediate attention but felt he should point out to me for my peace of mind.  Most importantly, he directed me to my XCel electrical box.  The box was the original and he discovered that likely an animal had chewed through the wires on the roof area and that the wires from the box were hanging too low to be safe.  I immediately hired an electrician to fix that and feel he possibly, and probably, kept my house from catching fire or worse, someone being electrocuted/hurt badly.  The representative then presented me with a concise report of my home, which was built in 1957, and went over all the details of his inspection.  He also took the time to answer all my questions.  In addition to catching the problem with the XCel box, he found minor things such as my dryer box filled with lint (also potentially dangerous), did a Radon test, noticed bad placement of gutter downspouts and the fact that they weren’t drawing water far enough away from the house, etc.  Overall, this property inspection was a huge relief in knowing that now my home has been carefully looked over by him. I feel much more comfortable that everything is in good working order.  I can’t thank him enough for his time and expertise. read less
