Brad, our co-Founder and CEO, is a life-long resident of Boulder County, offering his certified inspection services to Northern Colorado. Brad has great respect for our communities and the people that reside within them. Having been a leader and longtime service provider in several capacities to thousands, he continues to desire improving the life and lifestyle of everyone he works with, personally or via business relations.
With more than 10 years of custom home building and remodeling experience, along with numerous other related skills, he has great attention to detail and function. Brad is honest, personable, approachable, and understands what matters in providing full service and satisfaction to the end user or customer. This is evident in the more than 25 “Best of …” awards he has been directly associated with in the communities of Boulder and Denver County over the last two decades.
Brad enjoys people, and is an avid fisherman, fly tyer, outdoorsman, cook, is a lover of music and many arts and skills. He’ll often have his canine companion, or two, in tow and you may bump into him on a local stream, lake or trail in the Rockies, or camping in the Moab and Blanding areas of Utah.

Jason, the co-founder and President of LOOK Property Inspection, is a Certified Home Inspector located in Westcliffe and serving Southern Colorado. Taking pride in his continuing education, Jason strives to maintain the most up to date and convenient home inspections available.
His approach with each inspection is to be as detailed and thorough as possible, specifically to provide peace of mind, so that his client can focus on the more enjoyable aspects of home ownership.
Jason has an extensive history in the building arts, from foundations to modern home framing, and historical large timber construction. Jason utilized this experience and skills to build his own modest family home in the beautiful Sangre De Cristo Mountain range of Colorado. Not only was this a lifelong goal, but it presented a great opportunity to test his skills at the highest level. Maximizing the form and function of homes led him on the path to become a certified home inspector.
With an innate ability to provide real value, honesty, integrity, and superb communication skills with each interaction, Jason delivers. Jason makes it a point to meet and exceed your expectations. Growing up in the Appalachian Mountains, Jason was fortunate to experience the wonders that Colorado has to offer. From an early age to his late teen years, his father’s work granted him time to visit Colorado often. Jason made Colorado home right after completing school and is proud to call himself a Colorado resident.
Jason is wildly passionate about the outdoors; his difficulty is finding the right balance. Between hiking, climbing, camping, rafting, fishing, or hitting the slopes…well, don’t forget the hot springs too, there is sometimes too much! With his pup Koda by his side, Jason is always on the move, whether it be on a journey, or at his 9,000’ elevation homestead making the next home improvement a reality.

LOOK Property Inspection uses a comprehensive checklist to complete your home inspection. We explain the overall, general condition of the home and its systems as we’ve observed, to you and your agent after your inspection is complete. Your comprehensive report, for use on either desktop or mobile, is sent online in either HTML or PDF format, documenting all our observations including photos, reference materials and additional details.
