At LOOK Property Inspections, we partner with Noble Engineering Services to perform Housing and Urban Development (HUD) structural engineering inspections that meet the requirements outlined in the Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing (PFGMH).

Our certified team will visually assess your home’s foundation to determine whether a permanent foundation is present, properly attached, sound, and fully supported according to HUD standards.

Once the assessment is complete, we’ll provide a customized engineering report for you and your lender — tailored to the requirements of VA, FHA, or Conventional financing.
