Does Colorado Regulate or Certify Home Inspectors?

Current Colorado law does not regulate nor require the certification of home inspectors.  This makes it more important to know about who you are hiring, the quality of training they possess, their level of experience and whether or not they are certified by someone like InterNACHI or ASHI.
