Thermal imaging, or infrared thermography, is an excellent tool to help home or property inspectors to identify issues within a dwelling that may otherwise be missed by the naked eye during an inspection.  It is particularly adept at assisting in the identification of moisture penetration or leaks, electrical issues, energy loss related to either heating or cooling, not to mention many other possible issues.  Variables that impact the cost of thermal imaging may be the size of the property, elevations, numbers of doors and windows, inspector qualifications and certifications, in addition to the equipment being utilized.
